Tyler Shamehorn- Vice President
Tyler is a 4th year Psychology student at MRU. He a has a strong interest in learning about the mysterious ways the brain functions, and is most interested in the areas of personality and cognitive psychology. He is also fascinated in how psychology is related to music and our perception of music, and how it plays into religious or spiritual beliefs. Once he obtains his BA in Psychology, he plans on pursuing a Master’s degree in counseling and a career in working with youth and young adults. In addition to being the VP for Psychology Student Society, he is also involved with several other clubs on campus including Improv, Power to Change, and Just Dance. His vision for the PSS is to see Psychology students at MRU take their learning beyond the classroom, and have the opportunity to see what this discipline can look like in the real world.
