What is my role as a mentee?

• Meet with your mentor for a minimum of 2 hours/month from January-June

• Identify the goals that you want to achieve and communicate them to your mentor

• Initiate discussions about topics that are of interest to you

• Ask your mentor about resources that will help you achieve your goals

• Be open to learning and challenging your thinking
